Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for NICU/PICU care in Baltimore, MD on a night shift. The travel assignment covers neonatal to adult patients in a high-acuity Level 3/4 NICU, with duties including ventilator management and critical respiratory support.

Requirements include RRT license for Maryland and ACLS/BLS/NRP/PALS certifications, plus a minimum of two years in respiratory therapy with NICU/PICU expertise. 36 hours/week, nights, travel position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy, with a strong PICU/NICU background.
• Experience caring for neonates, infants, and adults as needed.
• Excellent patient care and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy for patients from neonates to geriatrics.
• Manage ventilated patients and NICU jet high-frequency ventilation.
• Perform intubation, extubation, and tracheostomy-related care as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Monitor and assess patient responses to respiratory interventions.
