Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Certified Respiratory Therapist for the NICU in Baltimore, Maryland, working 12-hour night shifts on a 13-week assignment.

The incumbent will provide critical care respiratory therapy with NICU and pediatric focus, including documentation and collaboration with inter disciplinary teams; started 11/30/2026, 36 hours per week, with potential for shifts in other units as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in critical care respiratory therapy.
• Experience in Level 3–4 NICU settings preferred.
• Competency in caring for a broad age range from neonates to geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy for NICU, PICU, and adult care areas.
• Operate equipment including Maquet Servo i, Draeger V500, jet ventilation, and oscillation therapy.
• Manage high-frequency jet ventilation and nitric oxide therapy as needed.
• Perform intubation, extubation, and transport of critical care patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care.
• Document care in the charting system (Epic preferred).
