American Traveler, LLC. is hiring an MRI Technologist for night shifts in Washington. Requires ARRT(MR) and BLS, plus 1 year of MRI experience and applicable state licensure; travel experience preferred and DUI history criteria apply.

The role involves cross-site coverage, 3x12 hour nights, and active on-call flexibility. Responsibilities include performing a range of MRI exams with Siemens equipment, integrating prior results, educating patients, and ensuring room readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year MRI technologist experience required.
• ARRT(MR) certification and current BLS required.
• Washington state license required if applicable.
• Epic charting experience preferred.
• Prior travel assignment experience required.
• Candidates with more than one DUI are not eligible.

Responsabilités

• Performs routine and specialized MRI procedures across adult acute care, outpatient, and ER/trauma settings
• Exam types include abdomen and pelvis, head and neck, spine, chest, and musculoskeletal imaging
• Uses Siemens MRI equipment
• 3x12 hour night shifts from 22:30 to 09:00
• Must be willing to float within the health system as needed
• Prepares, supplies, and equips exam rooms to meet physician and procedure requirements
• Integrates prior imaging, lab results, and patient history to optimize exams
• Provides patient education and instructions throughout procedures
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this role
• Local candidates within 60 miles of the facility are not accepted
• Former PeaceHealth employees must have been separated from the health system for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Up to 7 RTO days may be approved prior to contract signing, with some holiday RTO possible depending on the unit
