American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift MRI Technologist with 2+ years of experience and Level 1 Trauma background for a Radiology/Cardiology MRI unit. The role requires ARRT MR certification, a state license if applicable, BLS, and Epic EMR experience. MRI expertise across multiple regions and sequences is expected.

The position is night shift (Tue-Thu 6:30 PM–7:00 AM) with no on-call duties; travel and housing considerations may apply for travelers. Training includes orientation on Mondays.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR certification required (MRI)
• State license required if applicable
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• 1+ year of Epic EMR experience
• Level 1 Trauma experience required
• Teaching hospital experience preferred
• Proficiency with MRI imaging across multiple regions and sequences
• Experience with contrast media prep/administration and IV starts preferred
• Experience with PACS and Philips equipment preferred
• Experience with cardiovascular MRI procedures preferred

Responsabilités

• MRI Tech position within the Radiology/Cardiology department
• Night shift, 3x12 hours, Tue-Thu 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• No call requirements
• Level 1 Trauma center experience required
• May float to other units or campuses based on qualifications
• Hunter Green scrubs required
• First-time travelers considered based on experience
• Orientation every Monday with compliance training
• Pre-assignment testing and compliance modules within 48 hours of login

Requirements

• ARRT MR certification required (must list MRI)
• State license required if applicable
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• 1+ year of Epic EMR experience required
• Level 1 Trauma experience required
• Teaching hospital experience preferred
• Proficiency with MRI imaging including abdomen/pelvis, head and neck, spine, chest, musculoskeletal, and special imaging procedures (CINE, MIP, MRP, perfusion, T1/T2 weighted imaging)
• Experience with contrast media preparation/administration and peripheral IV starts preferred
• Experience with PACS and Philips equipment preferred
• Experience with cardiovascular MRI procedures (MR Aortogram, MR Cardiac with/without stress) preferred
