MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing seeks a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Traverse City, Michigan. The role requires MR imaging proficiency, state registration, and ARRT MRI certification, with a target of 18 months' experience in a critical care setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of a two year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Current state radiology registration as required by state law.
• Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanners safely and efficiently to aid in diagnosis.
• Ensure patient and staff safety around the MRI environment.
• Position patients and coils for scans and inject contrast as required.
• Set technical parameters, monitor image data, and observe results.
• Recognize abnormal images and respond to life-threatening situations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care and maintain a safe work environment.
