Job summary

Suncoast Skin Solutions seeks an experienced Traveling Mohs Technician to cover Ocala and Lecanto, with regional support for Leesburg, Mount Dora and The Villages. The role requires travel between sites to support vacation coverage and other business needs, ensuring continuity of exceptional patient care across the practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or AS degree preferred.
• Knowledgeable in computer programs and EMR systems.
• Mohs tech/histotech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain par levels for supplies required for tissue processing.
• Operate laboratory equipment and ensure maintenance per standards.
• Submit reports to Lab Director promptly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license for Mohs van operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations governing histopathology labs.
