Qualifications

• Two years’ experience with complex financial service-related requests.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong computer skills and quick learner of systems.
• Team player with a friendly, persuasive approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide first point-of-contact service for customer inquiries in person or by phone.
• Research account questions using multiple computer programs/systems.
• Open new accounts and cross-sell credit union products.
• Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information securely.
• Support branch operations and assist teammates as needed.
• Follow policies/regulations including Bank Secrecy Act.
