Job summary

Skyla Credit Union in Graham, NC is hiring a Member Service Advisor to build relationships with members and promote loan and account products. You will greet members, process transactions, and cross-sell services to meet individual and credit union goals.

The role requires a service-oriented mindset, strong communication and computer skills, and an associate degree or equivalent experience. Some teller duties may be required as needed.

• Requires associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Sales-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting goals.
