Job summary

Skyla Credit Union in Salisbury, NC seeks a Member Service Representative - Travel to serve members at the on-site location. You will handle inquiries, open accounts, cross-sell products, and provide loan support while demonstrating product knowledge and exceptional service.

The role requires strong computer skills, the ability to learn new systems, and a customer-focused mindset. You’ll report to a branch team and contribute to community service goals with a friendly, persuasive approach.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience with complex financial service-related requests.
• Proven ability to demonstrate thorough knowledge of Credit Union products, services, and external systems.
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new processes/systems.
• Demonstrated record of providing excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide first point-of-contact service addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Open all types of new accounts, cross-sell products, and add new relationships based on customer needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer records.
• Process loans within current lending policy and disburse approved loans.
• Comply with federal regulations and credit union policies, including Bank Secrecy and USA Patriot Act.
