Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS seeks a Field Service Technician to install, update, and service specialty hospital beds across the United States, collaborating with healthcare professionals and delivering excellent customer service. This 100% travel position requires local, regional, and national travel, with housing logistics and credentialing requirements to be completed as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience.
• 2-3 years field service experience preferred.
• Professional business acumen and effective communication required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Update, repair and test hospital beds.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Document and submit daily data with high-quality documentation.
