Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, update and service specialty hospital beds in hospitals across the United States. You will communicate with on-site staff, perform tests, document results, and maintain high-quality product support documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service training.
• 2–3 years field experience in a biomedical/technical role.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for local work.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Clear hospital vendor credentialing; immunizations up to date.

Responsibilities

• Install, update, and service specialty hospital beds in hospitals nationwide.
• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Document and submit daily data; maintain high quality documentation.
