The role requires extensive travel to hospitals, daily data documentation, and strong customer service skills. Candidates should have related biomedical/technical experience, and be able to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience.
• 2–3 years field service experience.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team.
• Active, unrestricted driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to clear hospital credentialing requirements and immunization status.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Update, repair and test hospital beds.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation.
• Document and submit daily data while maintaining high standards of product support documentation.
