Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, update and service specialty hospital beds across the United States, collaborating with healthcare professionals and delivering excellent customer service.

This 100% travel role requires local, regional and national travel; you will test, document results, and maintain equipment records while advancing your technical career in the medical device industry.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent; 2-3 years field experience.
Professional business acumen and effective communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team.
Strong time management to ensure timely completion of assignments.
Active and unrestricted driver license; personal vehicle for local work.
Ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 70 pounds.
Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements including vaccination proof if offered role.
Immunizations up to date may be required.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
Updating, repairing and testing hospital beds.
Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
Document and submit daily data with high-quality product support documentation.
