Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience.
• Professional business acumen and effective communication required.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• Active driver license and personal vehicle required for local work.
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 70 pounds.
• Must clear hospital vendor credentialing and vaccination proof if required.
• Vaccination/immunization up to date per facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Update, repair and test hospital beds.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Document and submit daily data with high-quality product support documentation.
