Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, update, and service specialty hospital beds across the United States. You will work closely with hospital staff, perform routine tests, and document outcomes while delivering excellent customer service.

This full-time role is 100% travel, with local, regional, and national assignments. You should have an associate degree or equivalent field experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical field service background (2-3 years preferred).
• Strong communication and professional business acumen.
• Able to work independently or in a team with good time management.
• Active driver's license and personal vehicle for local travel; travel to hospitals.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and sit/stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Updating, repairing and testing hospital beds.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation.
• Document and submit daily data while maintaining high quality documentation.
