Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Medical Technology preferred or related science degree.
• Experience with high complexity testing and QA/QC.
• National certification as MT/MLT or eligibility.
• Foreign educated candidates must provide credential evaluation if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Handle specimen processing, testing Analyses, and report results.
• Maintain quality control and proficiency testing records.
• Review and release test results.
• Follow CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety guidelines.
• Attend safety trainings and department meetings.
• Document all testing and corrective actions when deviations occur.
