Job summary

InBody USA is seeking a Travel Repair Technician to service and repair InBody New York products and perform general maintenance across multiple sites in the US. The role is full-time and onsite at our warehouse in Carlstadt, NJ, reporting to the Finance Manager.

You will inspect, repair, calibrate, assemble, and disassemble equipment while maintaining service records and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced entrepreneurial culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team while also remaining self-motivated.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and passport.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-house and on-site product service and repairs.
• Coordinate on-site appointments and repair-related details with customers.
• Track and log returned products and manage related records.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of products.
• Prepare service quotations and assist with payment follow-up.
• Provide maintenance including inspections, repairs, and calibrations.
• Assemble and disassemble products for service repairs.
• Prepare reports and data for records.
