Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Medical Group Float Pool is hiring a Medical Assistant Float to support outpatient clinics in Enid, OK. The role travels to Woodward and Ponca City, OK to care for patients and provide vital signs, venipuncture, labs, and referrals.

The position emphasizes patient care, documentation, and collaboration with clinical staff. Eligible candidates bring MA certification, CPR/BLS, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification/registration or 6 months of clinic MA experience.
• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification within 90 days of employment.
• Must communicate effectively in English (Verbal/Written).
• Must have Oklahoma driver's license and driving record acceptable to insurer.

Responsibilities

• Take vitals, patient history, venipuncture, lab, x-ray, referrals and messages as directed.
• Gathers and documents information about patient condition including labs, pain, nutrition and education needs.
• Contributes to the assessment/re-assessment of patients.
• Monitors and documents patient status.
• Participates in plan of care development and interventions (excluding narcotics).
• Manages large call volume with excellent telephone etiquette.
• Organizes workflow to meet patient needs in a timely manner.
• Floats to clinics as needed to support patient care.
• Reports to assigned director, manager, supervisor or lead.
