Job summary

360Care is seeking a field-based medical assistant to support physicians at long-term care facilities. The role involves charting in EMR, equipment care, and coordinating patient flow across multiple sites.

Travel up to 100% of the time is required, with mileage reimbursement and drive time pay. Strong communication, computer skills, and a solid driving record are essential to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED.
• Own reliable transportation with a good driving record and car insurance.
• Pass a two-step TB skin test.
• Good computer skills required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and listen to patients and doctors.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors and maintain clinical records in EMR.
• Prepare patient charts prior to visits and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain and clean medical equipment; manage supplies.
• Coordinate scheduling and patient flow; generate daily production reports.
• Travel to assigned medical facilities up to 100% of the time and ensure HIPAA/PHI compliance.
