360care is seeking a travel-oriented allied health assistant to support physicians at long-term care facilities across a 2.5 hour radius. You will maintain EMR-based charts, assist with various specialties, and ensure efficient patient flow during visits.

The role requires strong medical terminology knowledge, reliable transportation, and excellent communication skills. Travel up to 100% with mileage reimbursement and drive time pay included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have own transportation, valid driver’s license, and reliable vehicle.
• Two-step TB skin test completed.
• Good computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and listen to patients and doctors.

Responsabilités

• Assist physicians with audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health care.
• Prepare charts and documentation prior to visits.
• Maintain and update clinical records in EMR during visits.
• Ensure accuracy and completion of end-of-visit reports.
• Balance daily production reports and share with management.
• Support patient flow and scheduling at facilities.
• Handle posting of charges to providers in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory of medical equipment and supplies.
