Job summary

360care is seeking a dedicated medical assistant to support physicians at assigned long term care facilities. You will help maintain clinical records in the EMR, assist with patient care, and ensure equipment is cleaned and ready for use.

Travel up to 100% of the time is required, and you will coordinate with facility staff to manage patient flow. Strong communication, HIPAA compliance, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED is required.
• Must have own reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must pass a two-step TB test.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and staff at long-term care facilities.
• Prepare patient charts and complete end-of-visit reports.
