Job summary

MediLodge seeks a Maintenance - Renovation Crew member to support aging facilities across North Michigan by performing a range of maintenance and renovation tasks. This role requires extensive travel to different MediLodge locations and a commitment to keeping buildings and grounds in top condition.

Typical duties include painting, carpentry, concrete and masonry work, and routine repairs. The successful candidate will have experience in building maintenance and a heart for serving the elderly

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
One year experience in building renovation maintenance.
Duties include painting, carpentry, concrete and masonry projects, and routine repairs.

Responsibilities

Performs routine maintenance and repairs to keep buildings and equipment in good working order.
Monitors renovations, remodeling, or replacement projects by contractors.
Participates in painting, redecorating, carpentry, concrete and masonry projects.
Performs other tasks as assigned.
