Job summary

MediLodge of Gaylord is seeking a Maintenance - Renovation Crew member to support our aging care facilities. This role requires 100% travel to North Michigan area locations and carries responsibilities for painting, carpentry, concrete and masonry tasks, as well as routine building maintenance and equipment care across multiple MediLodge locations.

You will join a team focused on reliable upkeep of our facilities, ensuring safety and quality for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year experience in building renovation maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance and repair required to keep the building and equipment in good working order.
• Monitors building and equipment renovations, remodeling or replacement projects done by contractors.
• Participates in painting, redecorating, carpentry, concrete and masonry projects.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
