Northwest X Southern Hospitality is seeking a Project Task Force Maintenance Engineer to lead maintenance operations across multiple hotel properties, ensuring safe, efficient, and well-maintained facilities. You will guide maintenance teams, manage preventive programs, budgets, and vendor relationships while upholding regulatory compliance and guest satisfaction.

This role requires travel to cluster markets in the Pacific Northwest, with a flexible schedule and 40-hour minimum weekly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality experience (hotel/restaurant) preferred.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office; able to use office equipment efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee maintenance operations across multiple hotel properties to ensure safe, efficient facilities.
• Provide leadership to maintenance teams and manage preventive maintenance programs and budgets.
• Manage vendor relationships and regulatory compliance to support operational excellence and asset protection.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction across the region through proactive maintenance and service.
