Multifamily NW is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform general maintenance and repairs to keep the hotel safe, clean, and functional for guests and staff.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, reliable independence, and strong communication with front desk and housekeeping, while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining maintenance logs. You'll work on routine tasks, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with hotel teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance or related experience.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Clear and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Address guest and staff maintenance concerns promptly.
• Perform routine inspections of equipment, lights, and common areas.
• Complete daily maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, electrical work, painting, and furniture repairs.
• Walk the property and parking lot to check for maintenance needs and cleanliness.
• Assist with pool area maintenance and housekeeping deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Monitor and update maintenance logs to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Maintain positive communication with the front desk, housekeeping, and management teams.
• Follow company safety and security protocols.
