Job summary

Xclusive Services is seeking a Task Force Maintenance Manager to oversee hotel maintenance operations, renovations, preventive programs, and engineering tasks. This hands-on role requires deep experience with cooling towers, water-sourced heat pump systems, HVAC, and guest room modernization.

You will supervise four technicians, manage room turnover during renovations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive cost-effective maintenance with a focus on reliability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hotel maintenance management experience.
• Proven experience managing hotel renovation and guest room refurbishment projects.
• Extensive knowledge of cooling tower operations, maintenance, monitoring, and water treatment programs.
• Strong understanding of water-sourced heat pump systems and HVAC operations.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems.
• Demonstrated leadership experience supervising maintenance teams.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel maintenance and engineering operations.
• Monitor cooling tower systems, water treatment, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot water-sourced heat pump systems.
• Supervise a team of four maintenance technicians.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.
