Job summary

Precision Scans Inc. is seeking an LVN to support psych services in Upland, CA. This traveler assignment runs 8 weeks with an 08:00–17:00 shift, starting 2026-11-02 and ending 2027-01-02. The role requires active California LVN licensure, BLS, and at least two years of psych experience, working with IEHP patients in Enhanced Care Management.

You will collaborate with an RN, a coordinator and a community health worker to deliver therapeutic interventions and connect patients with resources.

Qualifications

• Active California LVN license.
• Minimum two years of experience in psychiatry/psych.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience working with IEHP patients in Enhanced Care Management.
