Job summary

Precision Scans is seeking a licensed LVN to join an intensive psych care team in Upland, CA for an eight-week traveler assignment. Working AM shift, you will provide therapeutic interventions within an Enhanced Care Management program, collaborating with an RN, a coordinator, and a Community Health Worker.

Requirements include active California LVN license, at least two years in psychiatry, and current BLS certification; IEHP patient care experience preferred. Pay is $40-$43 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active California LVN license is required.
• Two years of experience in psych.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Experience with Enhanced Care Management program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions and resources for IEHP patients with a mental or substance abuse history in an active Enhanced Care Management program.
• Work alongside RN, coordinator, and Community Health Worker as part of the care team.
