Job summary

Precision Scans is seeking an LVN with a focus in psychiatry to join our travel clinical team in Upland, CA. This AM shift (08:00 - 17:00) position supports IEHP patients within Enhanced Care Management and works alongside an RN, a coordinator, and a community health worker.

The ideal candidate holds a California LVN license, has at least two years of psychiatric experience, and maintains a current BLS certification.

• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions and resources for IEHP patients within Enhanced Care Management.
• Collaborate with RN, coordinator and community health worker on care plans.

Requirements

• Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
• Working with IEHP patients with a mental or substance abuse history to provide therapeutic interventions and resources in an active Enhanced Care Management program.
• Will work alongside the team with an RN, A coordinator and a Community Health worker.
• Must have two years of experience in psych.
• Current BLS certification (required)
