Job summary

Telecare Corporation in Perris, CA seeks an Acute LVN/LPT for Mental Health 645. You will provide recovery-focused nursing care, administer medications, and ensure safety and treatment compliance in a new startup program starting December 14, 2026.

Shifts include 7:00 AM–7:30 PM or 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, Sun–Tue or Wed–Fri. Must have LVN/LPT licensure, CPR/BLS, CPI, 18+, and driving with insurance. Company offers benefits and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LVN/LPT program and current licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certificate.
• Two years of experience with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery-focused nursing care and administer medications as prescribed.
• Deliver direct care in accordance with policies and standards of care.
• Support a new startup mental health program with December 14, 2026 start date.
