Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Long Term Care seeks a travel nurse RN for a Long Term Care assignment in Douglas, Wyoming. This 13-week travel role requires 12-hour night shifts and a 48-hour work week. Ideal candidates have 1 year of LTC RN experience, an active RN license, and BLS/CPR certification. ACLS is preferred; other facility requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• One year of recent RN experience in long-term care
• Current BLS or CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health and monitor for changes
• Develop and update care plans with team
• Administer medications and treatments
• Observe for medication reactions and report changes
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, catheter management
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs
• Educate residents and families on treatments
• Document care and patient progress
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with medical teams
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists
• Perform other duties within scope
• Follow safety protocols and regulatory standards
