Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Long Term Care RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Goddard, KS. The RN will provide skilled nursing care in a LTC facility, oversee care plans, administer treatments, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.

Key duties include supervising LPNs and CNAs, educating residents and families, documenting care, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an RN in a long-term care setting is required.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations is required.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient or resident health, monitor for changes, and take appropriate action to ensure well-being.
• Develop, update, and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with residents and care team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
