Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in a New Holland, PA LTC facility. The role involves delivering skilled nursing care, developing care plans, administering medications, and coordinating with medical teams to ensure resident comfort and safety.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of LTC RN experience, an active RN license, and current BLS/CPR certification. ACLS and other facility-specific certs may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent RN experience in a long-term care setting
• Active RN license compliant with state regulations
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health, monitor changes, and take action to ensure well-being
• Develop, update, and implement personalized care plans with residents and families
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs, delegating tasks and ensuring quality care
• Educate residents and families on medications and chronic disease management
• Document care provided and resident progress in charts
• Respond quickly to emergencies and coordinate with medical teams
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other professionals for coordinated care
• Perform other duties within scope of practice
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
