Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Long Term Care RN for a 13-week assignment in New Holland, PA. The role offers the opportunity to deliver skilled nursing care in a LTC facility while enjoying competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and strong clinical team support.

The RN will assess patients, administer medications, develop care plans, supervise aides, and coordinate with physicians and therapists.

Formación

• 1 year of recent experience as an RN in a long-term care setting.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient health, monitor for changes, and take action to ensure well-being.
• Develop, update, and implement personalized care plans with residents and care team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Observe for medication reactions or changes; report concerns to provider.
• Provide treatments including wound care, IV therapy, catheter management, and other skilled procedures.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, delegating appropriately.
• Educate residents and families on medications and managing chronic conditions.
• Document care provided and resident progress in a timely manner.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with medical teams when needed.
• Work with physicians, therapists, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards.

Conocimientos

LTAC RN experience

RN license

CPR/BLS certified
