Job summary

Qualifications
- One year of recent RN experience in a long-term care setting.
- Valid RN license in the state regulations.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA/ARC).
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health, monitor changes, and take action to ensure well-being.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans with residents and care team.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Observe for medication reactions or changes in condition and report to provider.
- Provide skilled treatments (wound care, IV therapy, catheter management).
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, delegating as appropriate.
