Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN in Long Term Care for a 13-week assignment in Pullman, WA. The RN will provide skilled nursing care in LTC facilities, work 12-hour day shifts, and cover a 36-hour week with a travel-friendly schedule.

Required are 1 year of RN LTC experience, current RN license, and BLS/CPR certification. ACLS is preferred, and other certs may be required by the facility.

Qualifications

• One year ofRN experience in a long-term care setting.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient or resident health and respond to changes.
• Develop and update individualized care plans with the care team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Monitor for medication reactions and changes in condition.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs and delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Educate residents and families on medications and chronic condition management.
• Document care and patient progress in the record.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with medical teams.
