Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Travel RN for Long Term Care in Idaho Falls, ID. The assignment runs 13 weeks with 36 hours per week on 12-hour days. Start ASAP after credentialing, with paid benefits and a supportive clinical team.

Ideal candidates have 1 year LTC RN experience, an active RN license, and current BLS or CPR certification. ACLS preferred; other facility requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• One year of recent RN experience in a long-term care setting.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient health, monitor for changes, and take action as needed.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans with the care team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Observe for medication reactions and changes in condition.
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, catheter management and other skilled procedures.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs; delegate appropriately.
• Educate residents and families on medications and chronic conditions.
• Document care provided and patient progress in records.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and coordinate with medical teams.
