American Traveler is hiring an LPN for a long-term care/skilled nursing facility, requiring 1+ year of experience and BLS certification, with variable evening/night shift coverage.
- Long-term care/skilled nursing facility (post-acute) setting with 30 beds
- Patient population includes mild dementia and bariatric diagnoses
- Ratios of 30 to 1 with 2 med aids or 15 to 1
- Uses MatrixCare/Matrix point of care EMR
- Variable shifts including 3pm-11pm and one 12-hour 7pm-7am shift weekly
- Both 8- and 12-hour shifts available
- Every other weekend and every other holiday required
- 40 hours per week scheduled, with overtime available if offered
- No on-call or call-back requirements
- LPN license required if applicable
- Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Valid driver's license required for consideration
- Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

- Work week runs Sunday through Saturday
- Candidates must reside within an 80-mile radius or accept a reduced local rate
