Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a skilled Long Term Care RN for a travel assignment in a healthcare facility. You will assess patient health, develop and update care plans, administer medications, supervise staff, educate residents and families, document care, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Requirements include at least one year of LTC experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS or CPR certification.

Qualifications
