The Aspen Group (TAG) is seeking a Travel Coordinator in East Syracuse, NY. This full-time role handles air, hotel, and ground transportation for team members and candidates, ensuring policy compliance and accurate bookings.

The successful candidate will manage travel requests, respond to inquiries, and maintain high service levels with internal teams and external partners, including occasional after-hours support and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel arrangements is preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Flexibility for after-hours support as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain positive interactions with internal teams and external partners.
• Prioritization of deadlines with proper escalation of issues.
• Proactive problem solving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Arrange air transportation, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation for team members and candidates.
• Answer calls from travelers with booking questions and resolve issues like changes, delays, or cancellations.
• Monitor travel request queue to ensure timely processing.
• Ensure compliance with travel policy and preferred rates; verify accuracy of arrangements.
• Utilize unused tickets when applicable and collaborate with Travel & Expense team members.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
