Overview Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care, located in Saint Albans, Vermont, United States. This travel temporary assignment begins on 11/02/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care to residents during the night shift, including monitoring vital signs, documenting changes, and reporting concerns to the on-duty nurse.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, comfort measures, and safety during nighttime hours.
• Collaborate with the RN, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to update and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the resident’s chart and uphold infection control and safety standards.
• Respond to calls and emergent situations, reassess patients, and escal‑ate concerns promptly to the charge nurse as needed.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in good standing
• Ability to work the listed night shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) and perform essential nursing duties
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to document clearly, follow care plans, and maintain accurate records
• Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel assignment with guaranteed hours
• Eligibility to work in the United States
