Job summary

Healthforce Healthcare LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a travel assignment in Jackson, New Jersey. This 13-week role runs 3x12 night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with weekly pay between 1,282 and 1,396. Guaranteed 36 hours per week, start date 10/26/2026.

Must have PCC experience and be available every other weekend and some holidays. The nurse will deliver direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility, document vitals and assessments, and support care plans with physician orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, including routine nursing procedures and medication administration.
• Monitor resident status, document vital signs and routine assessments, and report changes to the supervising RN.
• Assist with implementing and updating individualized care plans and physician orders; perform standard nursing tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in charts and electronic records; participate in shift handoffs and interdisciplinary rounds.
• Work night shifts with a focus on safety, comfort, and quality of care; respond to call bells and emergencies as they arise.
• Must have PCC experience and support a collaborative, resident-centered care approach.
