Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and overall condition; report changes to supervising nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide comfort and safety for residents.
• Document care activities in the electronic health record and care plans.
• Collaborate with licensed and unlicensed team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Contribute observations to care planning revisions as needed.

Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care in Morganton, NC. Start date: 11/07/2026. This is an 8-week travel temporary assignment in a long-term care setting. Weekly pay ranges from $1,117 to $1,177. Shifts are 12-hour daytime days (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.). The schedule includes three 12-hour day shifts per week, with every-other weekend required and holidays as needed. There is no guaranteed number of hours. Orientation occurs during the first couple hours of the first shift, and credentials are due by 11/7/2026 or ASAP.
