Job summary

Healthforce Healthcare LLC. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Jackson, New Jersey. You will provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting, with night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM and weekly pay between $1,282 and $1,396. Availability for weekends and some holidays is required.

The role emphasizes safety, patient comfort, and adherence to individualized care plans, with support from Healthforce throughout the assignment.

Qualifications

Must have PCC experience.
Travel - temporary assignment.
Night shift availability: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.
Weekly pay is $1,282–$1,396.
Availability to work every other weekend and some holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, including routine nursing procedures and medication administration.
Monitor resident status, document vital signs and routine assessments, and report changes to the supervising RN.
Assist with implementing and updating individualized care plans and physician orders; perform standard nursing tasks as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation in charts and electronic records; participate in shift handoffs and interdisciplinary rounds.
Work night shifts with a focus on safety, comfort, and quality of care; respond to call bells and emergencies as they arise.
