Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents during overnight hours according to care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments; document in PointClickCare and maintain MARs.
• Monitor resident status, respond to changes or alarms, escalate to charge nurse as needed.
• Maintain infection control, safety protocols, and comfort measures; participate in wound care and fall-prevention activities.
• Collaborate with the care team and supervise oncoming bedside staff within the night shift.
