Local-only position with a weekend commitment; own transportation is required. All requests for time off must be approved before finalizing the contract, and overtime is not available.

Responsibilities

• Participate in care planning, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and communicate effectively with residents’ families when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation, ensure infection control practices, and advocate for resident safety and comfort.

Requirements

• Availability for weekend commitments and evening shifts; local travel required.
• Own reliable transportation.
