ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Laborer to support outside plant (OSP) installation on telecommunications projects. This entry-level role emphasizes safety, quality, and a strong work ethic; candidates should be able to read prints and operate basic equipment with supervision.

The position is non-exempt, full-time, on-site in Texas, with travel nationwide. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, and candidates may need a valid driver’s license; Class A CDL preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Proven ability to drive a company vehicle strongly preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Performs general manual labor in all weather conditions, including hand digging, installing utilities, moving materials and inspecting ground conditions.
• Supports crew with jobsite setup and closeout tasks, including loading/unloading, photos, and traffic control.
• Operates basic equipment with guidance from experienced operators.
• Meets production expectations set by laborers, foreman, and management.
