Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Redwood Falls, MN. Start ASAP, 36 hours/week, nights, 12-hour shifts. Travel RN role with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements include 1 year of L&D RN experience, MN RN license, BLS, and NRP certification. Preferred: AWHONN fetal monitoring, STABLE/ACLS. Join a supportive clinical team on a travel assignment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate labor and delivery procedures to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Prepare equipment and aid physician during labor and delivery.
• Provide postpartum care and newborn assessment.
• Educate patients on postpartum recovery and newborn care.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and neonatologists.
• Respond to obstetric emergencies using evidence-based protocols.
• Document patient care and assessments in the medical record.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Perform fetal monitoring and interpret results.
• Assist in cesarean sections and obstetric procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
