Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel RN in Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment in Fergus Falls, MN. Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Labor and Delivery RN
• Valid RN license in accordance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• NRP Certification (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

Responsibilities

• Communicate labor and delivery procedures to patients and families
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to obstetric nursing techniques
• Assist during labor, delivery, and postpartum care
• Provide immediate postpartum care and neonatal assessment
• Educate patients and families on postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and newborn care
• Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, and other team members
• Document care and participate in quality improvement initiatives
