Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Dothan, AL. You will join a dedicated team delivering high-quality imaging and patient care in a fast-paced IR lab.

The position offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and travel compensation with a supportive clinical team and benefits. Start date is 11/02/2026, with ongoing opportunities across patient care settings.

Qualifications

One year of recent experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
Valid ARRT or RCIS/RCES certification in compliance with state regulations.
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
Operate imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy, CT, and ultrasound, to guide procedures.
Assist physicians by scrubbing in for sterile procedures, passing instruments, and maintaining a sterile field.
Monitor and document patient vital signs and procedural details.
Administer contrast media and monitor for adverse reactions.
Ensure proper radiation safety measures for patients, staff, and self.
Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment, ensuring readiness for procedures.
